One or two bad apples give real estate agents a bad name. Anyone know a shady, dentist, doctor, insurance agent, or attorney? Let's not pick on RE agents.. but shady business practices in ANY business. Your best bet is always a referral from a friend or co worker who has used an agent and had a good experience.
